Refund policy

At Dubaiaroma, we take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions.


1. Return Eligibility

A return or exchange request will be accepted only if:

  • The product received is wrong or defective

  • The request is raised within 3 days of delivery

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is provided showing the issue from package opening to product inspection

  • The product is unused and in its original condition and packaging

Requests raised after 3 days or without a proper unboxing video will not be approved.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products with no manufacturing defect

  • Items returned due to personal preference (fragrance choice, strength, or liking)

  • Products without an unboxing video

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Requests raised outside the return window

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, returns are strictly limited.


3. Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery

  2. Share your order number, issue details, and unboxing video

  3. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility

  4. Once approved, further instructions will be shared

Returns or exchanges are approved only after verification.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received in defective condition

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with a valid unboxing video.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after approval of the return request

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 8–15 business days after approval

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI

Refunds will not be issued if the return request is rejected after inspection.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • To cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible


7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Inform us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide a complete unboxing video

  • Without video proof, we will not be able to process a return or exchange
