Cancellation Policy

At Dubai Aroma, we aim to keep our order process clear and fair. Please review the cancellation terms below before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation only before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please mention your order number while requesting cancellation.

If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund (for prepaid orders) will be initiated.

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 1–2 business days
The amount is credited to the original payment method

Requests made through social media platforms or unofficial channels will not be considered.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after dispatch, you must accept the delivery and raise a request under our Refund & Return Policy. Please note that returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products and require a valid unboxing video.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders require order confirmation via call or message before dispatch
Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled automatically
Repeated COD cancellations or refusals may lead to COD being disabled for future orders

4. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

Dubai Aroma reserves the right to cancel an order in situations such as:

Product being out of stock
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
Order flagged for verification or risk concerns

If an order is cancelled by us after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
